Over two decades, I've led commercial teams, built go-to-market strategies, and grown agencies by staying close to what drives everything: the client relationship. I've held leadership roles at W+K, Instrument, Planetary, KBS+, and Spies & Assassins. Built a startup that got acquired. Along the way, I learned that the best growth comes from being the kind of partner people rely on, not just hire. I'm meditative by nature, spend time outside, listen more than I talk. I also make films - experience that helps me shape the story and lead complex work to completion.
